Viv Kerridge coordinates and teaches on the undergraduate programmes in Drama. Viv has a particular interest in interventionalist drama and the preparation of applied drama practitioners. Prior to joining Bishop Grosseteste University in 2001, Viv worked in a freelance capacity as both a drama practitioner in community settings and lecturer at a variety of educational institutions including further and higher education. Teaching Viv teaches a range of modules across the undergraduate programmes in Drama. Teaching interests include contemporary political theatre, feminist theatre, narrative discourse and interventionalist drama. A significant part of her role is in establishing and developing community links and preparing students to work in a variety of community settings. Viv’s interests focus predominantly on the ethical and social awareness and development of applied drama practitioners.
