Dr Julia Lindley-Baker
Julia’s research background is in special education and her current research and publication interests include leadership and management, sustainable leadership and stress management within special education. Previous research has included Parents as Partners, working with disadvantaged groups, adapted learning for traveller communities, and Post 16 top up degrees for adults with special educational needs. She has experience of project management and evaluation of national training initiatives in collaboration with external partners. She has worked with local groups in developing practice in relation to the Education Health and Care Plans. This year she will be progressing research in coping with challenges and motivation. She has a strong interest in Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis as a developing research methodology.
