Festival of Education Ticket Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Promoter: The promoter is MA Education Department, Bishop Grosseteste University, Lincoln LN1 3DY. Contact: maed@bishopg.ac.uk.
Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18 or over who are available to attend the Festival of Education on 3 and 4 July 2025. Employees of Bishop Grosseteste University are not eligible. Entrants must ensure they are available to attend; the prize is non-transferable.
How to Enter: Follow, like and reshare the social media post and complete the entry form via the MS Forms link between 9:00 AM on 3 June 2025 and 11:59 PM on 12 June 2025. Only one entry per person is permitted. If you are unable to access the MS Forms link, please contact maed@bishopg.ac.uk for alternative entry options.
Prize: One winner will receive a general admission ticket to the Festival of Education on 3 and 4 July 2025. Travel, accommodation, and other expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified by email within one day of the competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within one day, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. A runner-up will be drawn and contacted on the same day.
Prize Conditions: The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives. If the winner is unable to attend, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected.
Disqualification: The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these terms or submitting false information.
Organiser’s Rights: The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms without notice due to circumstances beyond their control.
Liability: The promoter is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the winner in connection with attending the Festival of Education.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

How to Enter: Tell us why you’re passionate about education, or how attending the Festival of Education will support you. Entries can be either: a 150-word text, 1-minute video, or a creative piece such as: photo or artwork. Email your entry, full name, course, year of study and phone number to Maed@bishopg.ac.uk by midday on Friday 13th June 2025. Only one entry per person is permitted.
