In order to register, BGU needs to collect your name and email address. Your contact details will be held securely in electronic form, within the Marketing team. The data will be used solely for the purpose of organising the event and accessed for this reason only.
For some of our events, we use Eventbrite (a third party service) to manage and process your booking. Please click on Eventbrite’s privacy policy link, for details of how they process your personal data.
By ticking the ‘yes’ box when booking, you agree to receive BGU Events communications. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time. The team will review the relevance of communications and retention of your records annually.
